Recently, the Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology announced the list of the third batch of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province for 2023. 128 enterprises in our city, including Aibo Security, Kaizheng Valve, and Bolong Automotive Parts, were included in the list (detailed list attached).

Innovative small and medium-sized enterprises have a high level of specialization, strong innovation ability, and development potential, and are the fundamental force of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises.

Our city strongly supports small and medium-sized enterprises to take the path of specialized, refined, unique, and new development. Through policy guidance and gradient cultivation, we aim to cultivate a group of enterprises that focus on segmented markets, main businesses, and strong innovation capabilities. The selection of innovative enterprise cultivation is one of them. As of now, Lishui has cultivated a total of 364 innovative small and medium-sized enterprises in three batches.

The selected enterprises in this batch are all innovative enterprises that have achieved certain results in their respective sub fields, and must meet the criteria of an evaluation score of 60 points or above (including an innovation capability index score of no less than 20 points, and a growth and specialization index score of no less than 15 points). At the same time, enterprises must meet the requirements of obtaining national and provincial-level scientific and technological awards, high-tech enterprises, national level technological innovation demonstration enterprises, intellectual property advantage enterprises, and intellectual property demonstration enterprises in the past three years. In addition, in the past three years, the total amount of newly added equity financing (paid in by qualified institutional investors) has exceeded 5 million yuan, and enterprises that meet one of the above conditions can obtain direct access qualifications.

Next, the Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology will accelerate the improvement of the high-quality enterprise gradient cultivation system of "innovative small and medium-sized enterprises - specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprises - specialized, refined, and new" little giant "enterprises - manufacturing industry single champion enterprises - industry chain leading enterprises", vigorously cultivate innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, comprehensively establish a basic foundation for specialized, refined, and new enterprises, continuously strengthen enterprise cultivation services, further enhance the innovation ability and specialization level of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote the high-quality development of our city's ecological economy.
